Operator (Administrator)Coresup Shop (the “Operator”). 

User / Customer – Any entity using the Website for whom electronic services may be provided, or with whom an agreement for electronic services or sale of products may be concluded, including entities with Accounts on the Website.

Consumer – A User who is an adult natural person purchasing through the Website for purposes outside their trade, business, craft, or profession.

Entrepreneur-Consumer – A natural person conducting business who makes a purchase related to their business but not of a professional nature; enjoys certain consumer rights where applicable.

Service (Website) – The online service available at coresup.shop (the “Website”), operated by the Operator, enabling Users to order services or purchase products, submit order forms, and use promotional codes.

Account – A set of functionalities made available after registration, requiring a unique login and password, allowing Users to manage Personal Data and place orders.

Sender – A natural or legal person with products/know-how advertised on the Website who can execute the Customer’s order and release shipments to the Carrier.

Carrier (Courier) – A third-party logistics provider engaged by the Sender to transport shipments to the Consignee under the Carrier’s own terms.

Shipment – Any properly packaged item(s) bearing a label/waybill with the Recipient’s address, accepted by a Carrier for delivery.

Consignee (Recipient) – The natural or legal person to whom the Shipment is addressed and who is entitled to receive it.

Personal Data – Any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person processed by the Operator to provide the Services.

Price List – The current pricing and any additional service charges presented within the Website/checkout flow for logged-in Users.

Payment Gateway – A secure online payment platform integrated on the Website and operated by an external payment service provider.

Applicable Law – Mandatory consumer, postal, transport, data-protection, and e-commerce laws in the jurisdiction(s) where services are provided.


2. Preliminary Provisions

2.1. These Terms govern access to and use of coresup.shop and related functionalities operated by Coresup Shop.

2.2. Use of the Website, creation of an Account, or placing an order constitutes acceptance of these Terms.

2.3. The Operator may provide information and offers from Senders and enable Users to order products and delivery via Carriers chosen by the Sender or as available in checkout; payments are handled through the Payment Gateway.

2.4. The User consents to the processing and transfer of necessary Personal Data to Senders and Carriers for order fulfillment and logistics.

2.5. Provision of Personal Data is voluntary, but refusal may prevent service provision.

2.6. The Operator may verify the accuracy of User-provided data and suspend or delete Accounts in case of doubts, breaches, or legal requirements.


3. Registration, Access, and Account Maintenance

3.1. Registration is free. Users may browse without an Account but generally need an Account to access full functionality.

3.2. To register, complete the form at coresup.shop, set a unique login and password, and accept these Terms.

3.3. The Operator may refuse registration or suspend functionality if data appears false or incomplete.

3.4. Users must promptly update their data and keep credentials confidential. All actions performed after logging in are deemed performed by the User.

3.5. The User may request Account deletion at any time (subject to completion of pending services and settlements).


4. Ordering and Fulfillment

4.1. Orders are accepted 24/7. Displayed dispatch/delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees.

4.2. Clicking “Buy/Order” places a binding order under these Terms and any applicable Carrier rules.

4.3. Users must provide accurate order details (recipient data, address, contact information). Errors may cause delays, returns, or additional fees.

4.4. Depending on Carrier, labels/waybills must be printed and affixed; Users may receive tracking details by email.

4.5. Carriers may contact the Customer/Consignee to facilitate delivery.

4.6. If a Carrier pickup fails due to Sender/Customer issues, reattempts may incur fees.

4.7. Unclaimed shipments are returned at the Sender’s/Customer’s expense according to the Price List.

4.8. Cash-on-delivery (if available) is governed by Carrier/Payment Gateway rules.

4.9. If a service or product is unavailable or destination unsupported, the Operator may cancel and refund the unavailable portion.


5. Payment and Invoicing

5.1. Prices shown are invitations to treat; the binding price is the one shown at checkout upon order registration.

5.2. The Operator may change prices, run or cancel promotions, or introduce/discontinue products or services at any time.

5.3. Payment is typically due in advance through the Payment Gateway. Available methods may include cards (e.g., Visa/Mastercard) and other methods shown at checkout.

5.4. The Operator issues electronic invoices. FX rates, bank timelines, and third-party fees are outside the Operator’s control.

5.5. If a parcel is returned due to user-side reasons (incorrect address, refusal, duties unpaid, unclaimed), additional return/reship fees apply.


6. Liability

6.1. The Operator is liable only for normal, foreseeable consequences of its own fault, subject to Applicable Law.

6.2. The Operator is not liable for:
(a) selection or performance of transport by independent Carriers;
(b) Sender actions or product conformity beyond Operator’s control;
(c) unlawful use of the Website by Users;
(d) outages, maintenance windows, or issues beyond reasonable control;
(e) delays by banks/payment operators;
(f) loss/damage/delay arising from User/Recipient causes, goods’ inherent nature, or force majeure.

6.3. Where Transport/Postal Law applies, Carrier liability limits may apply. Carrier terms form part of the transport relationship.

Unless mandated by applicable consumer law, all payments are non-cancellable and non-refundable. Refunds will only be considered in cases where the shipment is confirmed by the carrier as not delivered.
No refunds or credits will be issued for:

  • Shipping delays, customs holds, or late arrivals

  • Incorrect addresses, refused parcels, or unclaimed shipments

  • Used, opened, or non-returnable items (for health/safety reasons)

Responsibility for accurate order details, customs duties, and collection of shipments rests fully with the


7. Personal Data & Privacy

7.1. Controller: Coresup Shop. [Insert legal entity details and data-protection contact email, e.g., dpo@coresup.shop]

7.2. Data processed: identification and contact data, addresses, transaction/payment data, communications, and technical logs necessary to operate the Website and fulfill orders.

7.3. Purposes: account creation, order fulfillment, customer service, invoicing, compliance, security, analytics (e.g., GA4/Clarity), and—with additional consent—marketing.

7.4. Legal bases: contract performance, legal obligation, legitimate interests (security, claims), and consent (where used).

7.5. Recipients: Carriers, payment operators, hosting/IT, accounting, legal/claims handlers, and authorities as required by law.

7.6. Retention: for the duration of the contract and statutory periods for finance/tax/claims; marketing until consent withdrawal.

7.7. Rights: access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection, and complaint to the supervisory authority. Consent may be withdrawn at any time.

7.8. Cookies: the Website uses necessary, functional, security, analytics, and (with consent) advertising cookies. Users can manage cookies in their browser.


8. Security and Risks

8.1. The Website uses technical/organizational measures (e.g., SSL encryption). Despite safeguards, online risks remain (malware, phishing, etc.).

8.2. User duties: use strong passwords, keep devices updated, log out after sessions, avoid public/untrusted networks, and protect credentials.


9. Complaints

9.1. Product issues on delivered parcels (not “non-delivery”):
Report within 14 days of delivery to support@coresup.shop with order number, description, and evidence. We will assist where possible with Carrier claims (subject to Carrier rules). Resolution is not guaranteed and not a refund under this Policy unless mandated by law.

9.2. Service/Website complaints:
Report malfunctions or Terms-related issues to support@coresup.shop. We aim to respond within 14 days.

9.3. Where required by Applicable Law, you may pursue carrier claims directly under transport/postal regulations.


10. Refund Policy — “Not Delivered” Only

10.1. Refunds are issued exclusively if a Shipment is not delivered to the address provided at checkout, as confirmed by the Carrier’s official records (tracking status, non-delivery confirmation, or final investigation outcome).

10.2. Cases that do not qualify as “not delivered” (no refund):

  • Tracking shows Delivered (including GPS scan, delivery photo, signed receipt, locker/pickup confirmation, concierge/neighbor/safe-place delivery where chosen).

  • Delays (transit, customs, peak seasons).

  • Refused, unclaimed, undeliverable due to incorrect/incomplete address, absence at delivery, unreachable recipient, or failure to pay duties/taxes or provide import documents.

  • Parcels returned to sender for any recipient-side reason.

10.3. How to request a non-delivery refund
(a) Contact support@coresup.shop within 7 calendar days of the last tracking update.
(b) Provide order number, tracking number, and a brief statement.
(c) We open a carrier investigation. If the Carrier confirms non-delivery, we refund to the original payment method within 14 business days of confirmation.
(d) If the Carrier confirms delivery, no refund is due.

10.4. We may request a signed non-receipt declaration and/or a police report if loss or theft is suspected.

10.5. Shipping, insurance, duties/taxes, and third-party fees are non-refundable, unless required by mandatory law.


11. Customer Responsibility

11.1. You are fully responsible for:

  • Accurate, complete shipping address and contact details.

  • Local taxes, duties, and customs procedures.

  • Monitoring tracking, arranging re-delivery/pickup, and responding to carrier contact.

  • Risks from delivery instructions to safe places/concierge/neighbors.

11.2. Risk Transfer. Risk passes upon delivery as recorded by the Carrier or per Incoterms displayed at checkout (if any). After delivery, losses (including theft from safe places) are not refundable by the Operator.


12. Consumer Right of Withdrawal (Cooling-Off)

Important: Coresup Shop’s refund practice is limited to non-delivery (Section 10). However, where mandatory consumer law in your country grants a statutory right to withdraw from certain distance contracts, that right will apply only to the extent required by law and subject to the exclusions below.

12.1. If Applicable Law grants a statutory withdrawal right, the Consumer/Entrepreneur-Consumer may withdraw within the statutory period by sending an unequivocal statement to support@coresup.shop. The Operator may provide a model form upon request.

12.2. Exclusions (non-exhaustive, where permitted by law):

  • Goods sealed for health/hygiene reasons once unsealed.

  • Perishables, temperature-sensitive goods.

  • Custom or personalized products.

  • Digital content once access/download begins.

  • Services fully performed with the Consumer’s express prior consent and acknowledgment that the right is lost upon full performance.

12.3. If a statutory withdrawal is validly exercised, refunds are processed per law; the Consumer bears return shipping unless law requires otherwise. Operator may withhold refund until goods are received or proof of return is provided.


13. Terms of Use

13.1. The Operator owns/controls intellectual property in the Website. Reverse engineering or interference with software is prohibited.

13.2. Technical requirements: internet access and a modern browser (latest Chrome/Firefox/Safari/Edge). The Operator may conduct maintenance that temporarily limits access.

13.3. Users must not submit unlawful content or misuse electronic communications.


14. Final Provisions

14.1. The Operator may amend these Terms. Updates become effective upon publication for new orders; existing orders remain governed by the Terms accepted at purchase unless both parties agree otherwise.

14.2. Disputes should first be addressed through support@coresup.shop. Failing amicable resolution, disputes will be submitted to the courts having jurisdiction over the Operator’s registered office, subject to any non-waivable consumer forum rights.

14.3. If any provision is held invalid, the remainder remains enforceable.
