Description

MOD-GRF (1-29), commonly known as Modified Growth Releasing Factor, is a synthetic analog of Growth Hormone Releasing Hormone (GHRH) that has been structurally enhanced for greater stability and efficacy. It consists of the first 29 amino acids of naturally occurring GHRH—the region responsible for full biological activity—modified to resist enzymatic degradation in vivo.

Unlike its original form, MOD-GRF includes amino acid substitutions such as D-Ala2, Gln8, Ala15, and Leu27, which significantly improve its half-life and potency without altering receptor specificity. It is often referred to as CJC-1295 without DAC, differentiating it from its long-acting counterpart.
