Synergistic Growth Hormone Secretagogue Blend
Advanced Peptide Combination for Endocrine and Regenerative Research
Description:
This formulation combines two powerful peptides—Ipamorelin and MOD GRF 1-29—each at 3 mg, delivering a synergistic approach to growth hormone (GH) release stimulation in research applications. Together, they mimic the natural pulsatile release of GH, providing a more physiologically accurate model for studying growth, metabolism, recovery, and cellular regeneration.
-
Ipamorelin is a selective GHRP (Growth Hormone Releasing Peptide) that stimulates GH secretion without significantly affecting cortisol or prolactin levels, making it ideal for clean, targeted endocrine research.
-
MOD GRF 1-29 (a modified version of GRF 1-29 or CJC-1295 without DAC) works by stimulating the GHRH (Growth Hormone Releasing Hormone) receptor, enhancing the amplitude of GH pulses.
Used together, they offer amplified GH response, while preserving the body’s natural feedback mechanisms—ideal for long-term investigative models.
Ipamorelin is a pentapeptide, which means that its structure consists of five amino acids. It is a secretagogue and is considered an agonist, meaning it has the ability to bind certain cell receptors and provoke a cellular response. The operational mechanics of Ipamorelin allow the peptide to stimulate the production of pituitary expression of growth-related secretions among the animals studied. At the same time, the presence of the peptide was shown to inhibit the production of a secretion known as somatostatin. In addition, Ipamorelin was found to have the ability to increase the production of IGF-1, or insulin-like growth factor 1. Its presence plays a key role in the overall growth and repair of muscle and skeletal tissue.
Modified GRF is a shortened peptide analog of growth hormone-releasing hormone (GHRH). First developed in the 1980s, scientific studies with modGRF have shown that it improves muscle repair and growth, accelerates wound healing, strengthens bones, increases fat burning and improves metabolism. It may also have beneficial effects on blood sugar regulation and the immune system.

Outstanding Synergy – Reliable GH Pulses in Every Trial
This Ipamorelin + MOD GRF 1-29 blend has been a staple in our GH secretion studies, and the results have been consistently impressive. The dual-pathway stimulation—targeting both GHRH and GHRP receptors—has provided a natural, pulsatile GH release that closely mimics endogenous patterns.
We’ve used it in multiple experiments related to muscle repair, metabolic activity, and tissue regeneration, and the data has been remarkably clean. No unwanted elevation in cortisol or prolactin, which makes downstream analysis much more reliable.
