MK-677 (Ibutamoren) is an orally active growth hormone secretagogue. While often grouped with peptides, it is technically a non-peptide compound that mimics ghrelin's action.
10-25 mg (10000-25000 mcg) taken orally once daily, typically before bed due to its appetite-stimulating and sleep-enhancing effects.
Can be used for extended periods (12-24 weeks) but many researchers prefer 8-12 week cycles. Some use it continuously at lower doses.
Significantly increases appetite. May elevate blood sugar and reduce insulin sensitivity — diabetics should avoid or use with extreme caution.
