CJC-1295 without DAC, also known as Modified GRF 1-29 (Mod GRF), is a short-acting GHRH analog that stimulates pulsatile growth hormone release. Often preferred over the DAC version for more natural GH secretion patterns.

Mod GRF 1-29 is a Growth Hormone Releasing Hormone (GHRH) analog modified to extend its half-life from minutes to approximately 30 minutes. It acts on the pituitary gland to stimulate a pulsatile release of Human Growth Hormone (HGH) without significantly elevating prolactin or cortisol. This mimics the body's natural release patterns, making it a safer long-term option for anti-aging and recovery compared to continuous bleed peptides.
It is widely considered superior to unmodified Sermorelin due to its better stability and effectiveness.
